Your privacy is important to us.  Comity Inc. (“Comity”, “we”, “us”, or, “our”) has prepared this Privacy Policy to provide you with information about how we collect, use, and share your personal information.  This Privacy Policy applies to the online collection, use, and sharing of personal and other information through this website and any other websites or mobile applications associated with Comity (collectively, our “Sites”) where this Privacy Policy is posted.  As a financial institution, the kinds and categories of personal information we may collect from or about you as a consumer and our uses and sharing of any such information are outlined in our Privacy Notice, which will be provided to you when you establish an account.

INFORMATION COLLECTION
Information You Provide: We collect information about you (“personal information”) and your use of the Sites, some of which may be personally identifiable and some of which may not be personally identifiable.  We collect any information that you provide to us through your access to or use of our Sites.  This includes, but is not limited to, your personal information such as:

We do not sell personal information, and we will not sell personal information except as described in this Privacy Policy or if we provide you with notice and a right to opt-out of such sale.

Our Sites may display links to third-party websites.  By including a link to third-party websites, we do not endorse or provide any assurances relating to the privacy practices at the third-party websites.  Comity disclaims liability for any privacy practices of the third-party websites linked on our Sites, which may have privacy policies different from that of Comity.  If you decide to visit a third-party website via a link displayed on our Sites, you should review the third-party website’s privacy policy before submitting any personal information.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
